The NTSB has finally ruled on the cause of the plane crash that occurred on 1/16/99, determining that it was fuel starvation, caused by a broken part within the carburetor. Florence and I continued on our trip to Nashville, Tennessee with the aid of Bill and Sue Smith. I have since bought a Piper PA32-300 Cherokee-6, which is similar to the 260, except that it flies much quicker with a lot more power, and HAS NO CARBURETOR!!!
